• Referrals must be new clients to Support 360 who sign a contract for services.

• Referral rewards are only provided once the referred client has completed their 6 months of service.

• Rewards will be processed and paid within 180 days of the client’s contract start date provided that the client has no outstanding invoices.

• Referral rewards are subject to availability and may change based on program adjustments.

• Referrers must complete a simple online form or provide contact details of their referral to qualify.

Payment Details

Support 360's Referral Program lets individuals and companies refer clients to Support 360 Contact BPO.

If your referral hires a full-time agent, you'll receive $500 in cash (or the equivalent in your local currency), provided the client stays with us for at least 6 months.

If your referral doesn't stay with us for at least 6 months, you'll get a prorated amount depending on the number of months they stayed.

Referral fees will be credited or paid to you in full on the 6th month, as long as there are no outstanding invoices.

How to Join the Referral Program

When and How Will I Receive My Referral Reward?

Referral fees will be paid to your nominated bank account once eligible. Payments will be processed in full on the 6th month after your referral has engaged with Support 360 for 180 days and has no outstanding invoices.

Can I Refer Multiple Contacts?

Absolutely! You can refer as many contacts as you wish by submitting a form for each one. Each qualified referral will earn you a separate $500 reward. Please note that only one $500 credit will be issued for each contact or company, regardless of how many agents they hire.
