Our story

Support 360 was conceptualized by the founder, Dr. Moniem Nugod and co-founder, Mrs. Norania Nugod to help startup, small and medium scale companies have the ability to upscale their business by providing solutions that can break new grounds for them.

Our technology and competence, and state-of-the-art solutions, are directed to reinforce operational needs for our clients and deliver and excellent experience to customers.

All new employees are subjected to additional English proficiency and product-specific training.

Following training, our representatives are well-equipped to handle product information (features and benefits), tracking, and troubleshooting inquiries. They also bring expertise in a variety of fields, including customer service, retail, data management, healthcare information services, and communications.
